The seedling production equipment was developed based on the latest technology called Artificial Light and closed-type seedling production system. Since temperature control, light irradiation, and irrigation are all performed automatically in an closed space, strong and uniform seedlings can be easily produced anytime, anywhere, by anyone, without being affected by the season or weather conditions!

Healthy seedlings are produced by “NAE TERRACE”. Thick hypocotyls, thick leaf flesh, and dark leaf color are the characteristics of healthy seedlings.Growth after transplanting is also good, resulting in high productivity.

Seedling production is not affected by weather or season!
“NAE TERRACE” is a closed-type seedling production system. It is based on the seedling production technology developed by the Faculty of Horticulture at Chiba University. The artificial environment, enclosed by heat-insulating walls without allowing light to penetrate, makes it possible to systematically raise seedlings without being affected by weather conditions or seasons.

The concept of “NAE TERRACE” is to provide “anytime, anywhere, for anyone. Once germinated trays are placed on the shelves of NAE TERRACE, all necessary temperature control, lighting, irrigation, and carbon dioxide gas application are automatically performed, and seedlings suitable for transplanting or potting up are ready in a scheduled number of days. Anyone can easily produce healthy seedlings, from those with minimal experience in seedling cultivation to experienced growers.

Shortened construction period by unitization!
The construction period was significantly shortened by adopting the unit construction method for the control panel, main unit, air conditioner, and piping.

Individual control mode for each cultivation application
Users can select a specific mode for each application, such as NAPPER LAND, KAPPA LAND, or general seedling cultivation, etc. Individual irrigation is supported for each operation setting, which is divided into 6 time periods per day.
