About suggestions for your ideas
We receive inquiries regarding your ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, and other suggestions (hereinafter referred to as “Suggestions”) relating to your new products, technologies, designs, naming, marketing and so on.
However, since we also promote our own research and development in various fields on a daily basis, it is possible that ideas that we have created independently may happen to be similar to your suggestions.
In order to avoid any misunderstandings and disputes that may arise between the proposer and our company, we will take the following measures in response to your suggesitions.
As a general rule, Mitsubishi Chemical Aqua Solutions will not accept any suggestions from you.
Despite the above policy, if you submit your suggestions to us, we will understand that you have agreed to the following conditions before sending it.
●We do not guarantee that we will review or evaluate the content of your suggestions internally.
●We are under no obligation to respond to any suggestions you make.
●Even if our products and services are identical or similar in whole or in part to the content suggested by you, we shall not bear any responsibility, including monetary compensation.
●We are not obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding the content of your suggestions.
●We are under no obligation to return any materials related to the content of your suggestions.
