What is plant factory ?
It is considered to be a cultivation system allowing management that focuses on “constant time,” “constant quantity,” “constant quality,” and “constant price,” known as the “four constant conditions,” by controlling light, temperature, and culture medium, which are important for crop growth, in an organized manner, and accumulating such data to achieve stable production over a long period of time through suitable environmental control. In other words, the cultivation system allows for planned and stable production regardless of season or weather conditions.

In the “seedling” stage, which requires highly skilled cultivation and careful management, “NAE TERRACE”, a fully artificially lighted plant factory, enables stable production of high quality seedlings throughout the year.
After transplanting the seedlings to the field, hydroponic cultivation using “NAPPER LAND” for leafy greens and ” KAPPALAND” for fruit and vegetable crops will be used for stable production, and the use of UV-cut film in the greenhouses will enable pesticide-free or pesticide-reduced cultivation. In addition, the use of shading, circulation fans, heat pumps, and fine mist cooling systems will be combined to control high temperatures during the summer in an integrated manner.
